Courses Dutch

Learn
Dutch in Damascus
NI-Damascus
regularly offers courses Dutch. Since 2006 we offered 13 Beginners
courses, 3 Intermediate and 1 Advanced course. As of October 2008
the courses have a different set up and consists of 2 levels. Since
then we have run 4 courses at level 1 and 2 courses at level 2.
Levels
The
method being used is ‘IJsbreker 1’ and ‘IJsbreker 2’.
Level
1
consists of part one of the IJsbreker method.
Level
2
consists of part two of the IJsbreker method.
Every
level will have a final test. Also during the course two or three
testing moments are built in. All these test together are decisive
for the final result of the course. The student who passes the
courses will be given a certificate. This certificate has no other
rights than the right of access to a next level. It also doesn’t
have any value at other institutes.
Course duration
A
course consists of 60 class hours. Every week there are 3 lessons of
each two hours. One level therefore takes 10 weeks.
